We invite you to enjoy our family’s special retreat.  This is an attached 2 bed/3 bath two-story townhouse, approx 1,624 sq ft, on a private golf course community with 24/7 gated security. Quiet neighborhood ideally located near hiking, restaurants and shopping. Central A/C and heating throughout.  This home has been tastefully renovated with a mix of eclectic and modern furniture pieces from vintage shows, CB2 and West Elm to create a warm, serene desert retreat. Cozy up by the gas fireplace or relax on the tiled patio or balcony.  Revel in the floor to ceiling windows, wood beams, vaulted bedroom ceilings, dimmable recessed lighting, lush green views from every floor, peaceful mountain landscapes and thoughtful artwork and conveniences.

What To Expect When Booking Your Stay

We don’t have a lot of rules but there are a few things we do ask of our guests.  The first rule of course is always have a blast 🙂

PRICING: We use dynamic pricing to determine cost per night, this is based on demand, location and seasonality. Peak season: November to April. Shoulder months: May, September. WEATHER: We have on average more than 350 days of sun per year. So if you’re looking for sunshine, this is the place to be!  The best time of year to visit Coachella Valley is October to April when weather is mild to warm. Temps in January and February tend to have highs in the 70s F, with March and April highs in the 80s F. Fall and winter months generally have highs in 60s and 70s F and is a popular time to visit as it’s more comfortable for outdoor activities. Winter evenings however can get chilly, so bring a light jacket! Winter lows get down to the 40s F because of the lack of humidity and ground moisture in the desert.

Minimum Booking Requirements

You must be 25 years of age or older. You will be required to provide the following information:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Confirmed phone number
  • Payment information
  • Photo of your government ID: This could be a drivers license, passport, or national identity card.

You may be asked to submit a photo of yourself in addition to your government ID.

Rental Agreement & Security Deposit

You will be required to submit an e-signed Rental Agreement prior to home access. 

A security deposit  in the amount of 20% of your reservation total may be required to confirm your reservation. Host and/or cleaning team will assess property after your departure to determine any loss or damage. Deposit will be released, less any damage costs, within 3 business days after check out. 

Renters wishing to avoid this deposit can supply a copy of purchased Short Term Renters Insurance which protects both our guest and us.  

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued as follows:

  • For cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival date: 100% of total booking charges will be refunded.
  • For cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival date: 50% of total booking charges will be refunded.
  • For cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date: No refunds will be issued.

We always recommend that our guests purchase an inexpensive travel insurance policy.  For a relatively low cost, you can have some peace of mind knowing that if anything happens that keeps you from being able to utilize your reservation, your trip amount is secured. 

No Parties, No Pets, No Smoking

While we love furbabies, we do not allow any animals or pets in the home. 

This is a Smoke-Free home. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of any smoking trash in outside dumpster.

We do not allow any parties or events on property.

Guests not adhering to above policy will be assessed a $500 fee to reservation balance.

Guest Count

Maximum guest count of 5.  If this amount is exceeded at anytime during your stay, reserving guest is required to contact us with this information.

We reserve the right to refuse an add-on guest at anytime as well as charge the reserving guest for additional occupants not listed in rental agreement or approved with owner written consent.

Check In & Check Out

Our guests are welcome to Check In at/after 3 PM PST on arrival date. Check Out is 11 AM PST on departure date.

If you would like to request an early Check In or late Check Out, please contact us in advance.  We will do our best to accommodate.

Community Pool & Hot Tub Rules

Hours of Operation: 8am – 10pm
Pool is for owner and owner’s guests only.  The pool does not have a lifeguard, swimming is at your own risk.
An adult must accompany any child under 14 years old at all times. 

Proper swimwear is required. No cut-off shorts. Swim diapers must be worn by children who have not been potty trained. No running, horseplay or disorderly conduct is allowed. Please clean up area after use and dispose of any trash.
